Lecture in conjunction with Converging Lines: Eva Hesse and Sol LeWitt with Kirsten Swenson, Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Swenson will discuss the work of LeWitt and Hesse in the context of the 1960s New York art scene. A book signing for Swenson’s new publication Irrational Judgments: Eva Hesse, Sol LeWitt, and 1960s New York will follow. This program will take place in the Addison Gallery's Museum Learning Center.
