Description of Event:
The Inclusion Collusion cocktail party is a fundraiser to help support our Cultural Inclusion Program, which prepares local “minority” professionals to be leaders on Lawrence non-profit Boards and helps to institutionalize inclusive Board cultures in Lawrence. It is not enough to have representatives from different backgrounds on a Board. We believe that diversity is more than a check box.
