Explore maple sugaring in a historic park. Learn how to identify a sugar maple tree, how to tap it for its sap, and how to turn the sap into syrup. Enjoy taste testing – can you tell the real stuff from the fake? This is a fun hands-on activity for the whole family. Wear warm clothes and boots (we'll meet rain, snow or shine).
