Support the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence by participating in the fifth annual Take Action Walkathon. In addition to a scenic, two-mile loop along the Merrimack River, the event features music, face-painting, games and other family-friendly activities. Same-day registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The goal is to raise $40,000 in order to continue providing quality programs and services for more than 4,000 youth members who depend on the club for nightly meals, fitness and nutrition programs, homework help, college and career planning and lasting personal relationships.
