This Student Know Your Rights workshop is presented by attorney Cynthia Mousseau, who did it for us a few weeks ago and was great! 

The Rogue understands that our community needs to arm itself with social justice knowledge, learn how to organize and use a diversity of tactics in order for us to create the type of world we want to live in. We also see how the youth, currently living under school receivership, and now with the appointment of Betsy DeVos to Ed. Secretary, that the fight just got really real (like it wasn't before). To that end we present the youth, in school or not, a workshop that is a critical step in defending your dignity, right to be happy and educated rightly. Come through!

Brief bio. of presenting attorney:
Cynthia Mousseau has been a Public Defender for around 6 years, first practicing in Mass., and now up in New Hampshire. She has defended youth in criminal cases in Lawrence and Lowell, and has represented youth in Boston at probation revocation hearings. She has her Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Rochester, and her Law degree from UNH.
