Get dirty and have fun!
Join Groundwork Lawrence, partners and hundreds of volunteers to clean and celebrate the Spicket River in Lawrence and Methuen! The annual Spicket River Cleanup is one of the largest volunteer events in the city to clean up the Spicket River and the Greenway, supporting the beatification and cleaning of the city, as well as this important watershed. Volunteers of all ages, businesses, churches, schools, and community organizations can volunteer as groups or individuals so bring the whole family! Sponsorship opportunities are still available. There will be food, music and fun--you don’t want to miss it!
Every volunteer must sign a waiver to participate. Waivers will be available at the event for day-of registration.You can also click here to print a waiver to bring with you. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign their waiver.
