September 27 is National Voter Registration Day. The YWCA, in cooperation with MASSVote, is running a voter registration campaign.  Come to 38 Lawrence Street to register, or sign a "Pledge-to-Vote" card.

If you are a citizen, and if you will be 18 on or before November 8, then you can register and you can vote. Your Vote is Your Voice. Voting is a special right and a privilege that many people around the world do not have. Exercise your vote!

Early voting is new this year. You can go to City Hall and cast your vote from October 24 through November 4, or of course, you can go to the polls on Election Day, Nov. 8.
