The 32nd Bread and Roses Heritage Festival takes place on Labor Day, September 5, 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., on the Common in Lawrence, MA. It is a free, one-day 'open air' celebration for the whole family. The only Labor Day Festival in the East!
Our top-line performers are Bread and Puppet Theater, Anne Feeney, Taina Asili y La Banda Rebelde, Tracy Grammer, Ezekiel's Wheels, Mendez a la Dos, Moody Street Sound, Phoebe Legere, Miguel Andres, and more!
Lots of children's activities: pony rides, jugglers, hula hoops, and face painting; historic trolley tours.
